Jennifer Lopez was living it up in Miami this weekend celebrating her forty second birthday. Although the singer and actress has recently had some troubles in her love life and is newly single, she was seen going out and about, indulging in some expensive shopping and having a good time with friends and family.
The American Idol judge whose split from her husband of seven years, Marc Anthony, was confirmed just this past month was seen shopping at Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Pucci. Later, she was joined by a group of sixteen people including her mother, sister, stylist and manager for a lavish meal at Scarpetta, at the Fontainebleau Hotel.
She was reportedly wearing a silver and purple evening dress and began singing when her birthday cake was brought out. J. Lo has reportedly already begun filming her new movie What To Expect When You're Expecting, which features an ensemble cast including Dennis Quaid, Cameron Diaz, Chris Rock and others.
She is also set to launch a line of apparel in partnership with Marc Anthony at Kohl's and appear in talent search show with her ex later this year.
